We will try to ship orders out the same day or next business day by First Class mail. We ship orders Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing an order for shipment.
All items must have been purchased from Cheers in the Heights.All returns must be accompanied by a receipt and in their original packaging and condition. If you are returning a gift card, the value remaining must be the original value purchased.If using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account. If paying by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you.You may return an item in its original condition for a refund or credit within 10 days of receiving. Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error.For your protection, we highly suggest using insurance when returning products.
